Chardonnay, more closely aligned with Burgundy, with winemakers reducing
both the duration of oak maturation and the percentage of new oak used.
Closely followed by Chardonnays favourite partner is Pinot Noir as the

ITINERARY

Your friendly local guide will pick you up
from your home or Melbourne City accommodation at 10am and we promise
you a fun and informative day of sightseeing, premium wine tasting and
an exquisite and unique dining experience.

We visit a winery before lunch, a wine tasting at the lunch venue where you will be
seated for a 2 course menu with a glass of wine followed by 2 wine
tastings after lunch before heading back home or to your City location
by around 5pm
