De Bortoli Estate are a 3rd generation Italian family celebrating 90 years of wine making in Australia. This famed winemaking family will share their family philosophy of good wine, good food and good times with you at the first winery we visit in the Yarra Valley. A private trophy room (tutored tasting) includes the range of De Bortoli Estate premium wines and the iconic Noble One and Black Noble. Wines are expertly matched with a delicious selection of in house matured cheeses

If you are a self confessed "foodie" you will be delighted with this dining choice as we introduce the perfect dining match for the Yarra Valley. Hatted chef, Teage Ezard has taken his famed gourmet experience outside Melbourne for a high end culinary journey at Ezard at Levantine Hill. Enjoy lunch in the spectacular All Day Dining space where you will be seated in private barrel style booths that reference the sleek curves of a wine barrel. Lunch is delicious local and seasonal produce of a 2 course menu served with a glass of wine from the popular Coldstream Guard range.

We visit 10 generation french wine making family Dominique Portet for a wine tasting of an extraordinary 2012 Cabernet name Andre. This is a private tasting in the barrel room of this beautiful estate. "Andre" is named after Dominique Portet’s father, a former vineyard and winery manager at Château Lafite-Rothschild. The wine is made only in exceptional vintages and honours the faith and learning on which our 10-generation wine making heritage is built. Andre comprises 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Pyrenees and Yarra Valley. The Pyrenees fruit is from 40-year-old vines grown on gravel/quartz soils, ideal for elegance and structure. The Yarra fruit comes from 20-year-old vines on soils with more clay and broken rock.

Coombe, The Melba Estate is one of the leading gourmet and cultural destinations in the once home of Australian soprano Dame Nellie Melba. The Melba Estate is a property of unrivaled provenance. Wander through the Melba Gallery and take in the view from the conservatory where you will enjoy a dessert and tea/coffee, a Melba designed dessert "Peach Melba" Peach Melba is a dessert invented in 1892 or 1893 by the French chef Auguste Escoffier at the Savoy London, to honor the Australian Nellie Melba
